Honey nut crunch ice cream
Sweet, crunchy and salty - you have to try this easy ice cream recipe.

600ml Co-op whipping cream
397g can condensed milk
4 tbsp Co-op clear honey
100g salted peanuts, finely chopped
100g sesame seeds


1. Whip the cream into soft peaks, then mix in the condensed milk
2. Add the honey and swirl through the mixture
3. Add the peanuts and sesame seeds and mix together
4. Spoon into a plastic container and freeze for at least 6 hours
5. Serve drizzled with some extra Co-op clear honey, if you like
