Following the unprecedented restrictions on travel and the volume of holiday cancellations our travel colleagues are having to deal with, we have taken the difficult decision to implement a closed door policy for all Travelmaker branches from Friday 20 March until further notice.
In these exceptional and challenging circumstances, we do recognise that this may not be an ideal situation for those customers with outstanding holiday bookings, but feel it is a necessary step to ensure the business can continue to operate in the safest and most efficient way for all. The health and wellbeing of all of our clients and colleagues always has, and will always continue to be, a high priority for us and we cannot risk opening our stores when the threat of coronavirus is very real.

As you can appreciate, the volume of enquiries from our customers will be high and there may be a delay whilst we process each one in turn. We kindly ask for all clients to please bear with us as at this period of time, but be assured that we will respond to all our customers as soon as possible.
