In-store Trainer (Learning & Development) – The purpose of the role is to actively support the Learning and Development Manager in the effective delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy, to act as a Colleague Ambassador for development, customer service and Society Values, to aid and assist the Management team in conducting Colleague inductions and Development Pathway and also to provide coaching and 1 to 1 mentoring where the needs for this has been established.
A minimum of 5 years residency is required for all Jersey vacancies.
