Hours: 39 Hours, Full time

Job Role

We are looking for a Post Office Clerk to join our Member services team across our Jersey stores. 

This role is much more than just administration, you will be a part of an important team that are at the forefront of our Society and helping us to make a real difference to the community we serve.

You’ll also have a keen enthusiasm for delivering great customer service and will not afraid to get stuck in and carry out daily tasks, including:

  1. Being first point of contact for Members with queries and requests about share accounts 
  2. Providing financial services at store post office counters
  3. Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

No experience is necessary - we'll welcome you into our team and show you around. All we need from you is to be a fantastic communicator and not afraid to strike up conversations with anyone and everyone. You’ll also have excellent communication skills, and be a great team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.  

Taking this friendly, helpful and caring attitude to the next level, you’ll also proactively engage in community activities. We want our colleagues to be proud of our islands (as much as we are)  and get involved in every opportunity, and this could be through volunteering, offering a helping hand or getting involved in good causes.
