We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join the Human Resources team.

The Senior HR Manager will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of an efficient, and effective HR service to the business, driving continuous service improvement, and ensuring that operational priorities are delivered.
Leading the team of HR Business Partners, HR Advisor and HR Administrator and Payroll in order to provide a comprehensive, professional service.
Supporting the Chief People Officer in the implementation and delivery of the Society’s Human Resources Strategy and contributing to the delivery of strategic change across the organisation.
Responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of the Society’s HR policies and procedures, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, colleague engagement, reward, and recognition initiatives.
The Senior HR Manager will be required to be flexible in their approach, ensuring strategic input as well as practical and pragmatic operational HR involvement.
