To support and / or lead the commercial projects and initiatives within the trading working cross functionally across the society.

  1. To keep up to date and relevant in terms of current trends on ranging or concession opportunities to ensure that the store estate is market leading in respect of the Island competition.
  2. To lead and / or support the delivery of commercial initiatives.
  3. To prepare, maintain and deliver recommendations on commercial opportunities. To work with our current suppliers on initiatives and projects which may benefit the society.
  4. Project manage initiatives from concept to delivery as required.
  5. Support the retail team on ranging and merchandising decisions.
  6. Prepare and present analysis of current and future initiatives in order to better inform commercial decisions.
  7. To ensure compliance throughout the Society of all relevant regulations and legislation applicable in the jurisdictions in which it operates, as well as following internal Society standards where higher, with reference to the health and safety of employees, agents and customers
