We only store your Personal Data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Once the purpose(s) is/are reached, we will delete your Personal Data. We appreciate your interest and participation in our Campaign. The protection of your privacy is important to us. Below you will find a detailed description of how we handle your Personal Data.

Right to Information

You are entitled at any time to receive copies of your Personal Data held by us. If the Personal Data stored by us is incorrect, you are entitled to have it corrected. You may request deletion of your Personal Data at any time, as long as we no longer need this data to complete an existing agreement with you.

Encryption

To secure your data during transfer, we use state-of-the-art SSL encryption via HTTPS, and encrypt the data when stored.

Changing our Privacy Policy

We will always adapt our Privacy Policy to applicable legal requirements in Jersey and Guernsey. Should you participate in a campaign run by the Society again in the future, the applicable Privacy Policy will be that in existence when you agree to participate in the relevant campaign.

Collection and use of Data

· Collection of Mobile Phone number - We collect your mobile phone number as you sign into the Campaign. We use this to identify you when you return, and to send you an SMS if you win a Prize during the Campaign.

· Collection of traffic data - We collect the access data sent by your web browser. These are: Browser type / version, The operating system used, Reference URL (the previously visited page), Host Name of the Access Computer (IP Address), Server Request Time, and time and selected subpages.

Cookies

We use "cookies" to recognize you when you sign into the Campaign again. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a web server to your hard drive. This automatically gives us certain data, for example. IP address, browser, operating system from your computer and your connection to the Internet.

Our Campaign is also available without cookies. Internet browsers are set regularly to accept cookies. You can disable the use of cookies at any time through the settings of your browser. Please use the “help” features in your internet browser to find out how to change these settings.

Third Parties

No Personal Data collected by the Society will be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless such disclosure is lawfully justified, for example, if such disclosure would assist law enforcement in the prevention or detection of a crime.
