Jennifer Bridge is a non-executive director of the Channel Islands Co-operative Society and a member of its recruitment and remuneration committee, first appointed to the board in May 2022 and re-elected in 2025. 

She combines board experience across regulation, policy, education and social impact with a commitment to using data and insight to deliver long-term value for members.

Jennifer is a co-founder of Jersey Festival of words of which she was Chair for 9 years. 

Jennifer currently serves as a board member of the Jersey Policy Centre, a governor of Highlands College and commissioner of the Jersey Gambling Commission, bringing a strong focus on governance and stakeholder engagement to each of these roles. She is also a freelance columnist for the Jersey Evening Post and a member of the Jersey Living Wage Advisory Board, reflecting her particular interest in how fair work, education and responsible business can strengthen island communities.

Jennifer cofounded Jersey Repair Café and in her free time enjoys volunteering at their events. 

Jennifer is keen to support data driven strategic decision-making so that the CI Coop remains a responsible, forward-looking employer and retailer, firmly rooted in co-operative values while returning the best possible value to its members.
