Mark Bradbury
Mark Bradbury is a Jersey-resident senior executive, independent consultant and project manager with extensive experience across financial services, strategic leadership and complex organisational environments. He has a strong track record in complex project delivery, organisational restructuring, regulatory reporting and governance oversight.
Mark works closely with boards and leadership teams to solve complex strategic and governance challenges. Drawing on senior leadership roles across banks, asset managers, fiduciary firms and the public sector he supports organisations in navigating complexity, overseeing strategic transformation and strengthening effective decision-making.
He combines commercial insight with strong operational, governance and risk awareness to deliver practical outcomes across both public and private sector organisations. Mark has advised owner-managed businesses as well as public and private equity-backed organisations and is an experienced contributor at board and committee level.
Alongside his professional career, Mark has maintained a strong commitment to the island community. In the past he has served as both a retained firefighter and a lifeboat crew member, contributing in a practical way to community safety and resilience.
He has a lifelong interest in sport as both a participant and spectator and more recently has become involved in youth sport as a coach with the Minis and Juniors section of the Jersey Rugby Football Club.
In a governance and public service capacity aligned with the responsibilities of a director role, Mark currently serves as a member of the Committee of Management for the Public Employees Pension Fund. He has also recently been appointed as an independent Commissioner of Appeal for Revenue Jersey.
Mark is passionate about Jersey and the long-term resilience of island community. He has a strong interest in supporting local producers and businesses, particularly in relation to strengthening food security, promoting seasonality and championing high-quality local produce, values closely aligned with the heritage and future of the Channel Islands Co-operative Society.
Through his professional work, governance roles and community involvement, Mark is committed to contributing to the continued strength, sustainability and member value of the Society.
