Our candied bacon hot cross bun is an unusual (but delicious) option.

Ingredients

8 rashers Coop Irresistible unsmoked outdoor bred British bacon
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 Coop Irresistible hot cross buns

Method

1. Fry the bacon until almost crispy

2. Drizzle over the maple syrup and lightly fry for another 2 mins

3. Toast the buns and fill each with 2 rashers of the crispy candied bacon
