Easy Pasta Bake
Add extra colourful veg to jazz up a jar of pasta sauce and create this tasty dish.

175g Co-op pasta
1 tsp Co-op olive oil
1/2 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, sliced
100g frozen peas
1/2 x 440g jar Co-op Honest Value tomato & basil pasta sauce
Small handful fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1/2 x 125g ball Co-op lighter mozzarella, sliced


Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas 5
Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions
Drain well, retaining 2 tbsp cooking water
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the chopped red pepper for 5 mins
Add the sliced garlic and frozen peas and cook for 2 mins, then stir in the pasta sauce
Add the pasta and cooking water, then stir in a small handful fresh parsley, chopped, if you like
Spoon into an ovenproof dish and top with sliced mozzarella
Bake for 25 mins
