BBQ banana split
You only need three ingredients to make this super easy dessert!

Ingredients
4 Coop Fairtrade bananas
300ml Coop Salted Caramel ice cream
30g chopped mixed nuts;
Method
1. Split the bananas lengthways, leaving the skin on2. Wrap each one individually in foil so that it’s completely enclosed
3. Place the parcels directly on the barbecue, cut-side up, then cook for around 20 mins, or until the bananas are very soft
4. When cooked, leave to cool for a couple of minutes
5. Unwrap and serve each banana with a scoop of the ice cream and a scattering of the nuts
