BBQ banana split

BBQ banana split
You only need three ingredients to make this super easy dessert!

Ingredients

4 Coop Fairtrade bananas
300ml Coop Salted Caramel ice cream
30g chopped mixed nuts;

Method

1. Split the bananas lengthways, leaving the skin on

2. Wrap each one individually in foil so that it’s completely enclosed

3. Place the parcels directly on the barbecue, cut-side up, then cook for around 20 mins, or until the bananas are very soft

4. When cooked, leave to cool for a couple of minutes

5. Unwrap and serve each banana with a scoop of the ice cream and a scattering of the nuts
