Almond and coconut balls
Four ingredients quickly blended for fantastic flavour

Ingredients
40 whole almonds
40g raisins
15g desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp Co-op clear honey;
Method
Blitz the almonds in a food processor until finely choppedAdd the raisins and coconut and whizz again
Add the honey and 1 tbsp of hot water and blitz until the mixture comes together
Roll into 6 even sized balls and chill on a plate to firm up for at least 20 mins, or preferably overnight
