Irresistible Pizza

Our new Irresistible pizzas originate from regions all over Italy and use authentic Italian recipes.

Available in Grand Marché stores, they are made with an authentic “Levito Madre” Mother Yeast base, affectionately named “Arturo” and hand stretched in a traditional Roman oblong shape.

The Arturo Dough is derived from a traditional family recipe dating back to the 1940s, it's then hand stretched and baked in a wood fired oven. So when combined with our Italian tomato sauce it creates the perfect base for these wonderful toppings!

Pizza Margherita uses our signature San Marzano tomato sauce topped with Mozzarella petals, Buffalo Mozzarella pearls, Gioielli red and yellow sweet cherry tomatoes and a basil pesto.

Prosciutto is one of the world’s favourite Italian foods, with its history spanning back to pre-Roman times. The Lombardy region is best known for this cured ham.

The pizza uses San Marzano tomato sauce topped with Mozzarella petals and served with a sachet of rocket and prosciutto for you to finish the pizza when it comes out the oven.

Black Truffle Béchamel base topped with Mozzarella petals, Salsiccia Picante and finished with 24 month aged Parmigianino Regiano

Inspired by the region of Umbria. Most Italian truffles can be found in northern and central Italy, particularly Umbria, but also Tuscany, Piedmonte or Le Marche.

Olive dough topped with our signature San Marzano tomato sauce topped with Mozzarella petals, red pepper tapenade, Ventricina Salami, yellow and red Gioielli tomatoes and Lecino olives

Inspired by the whole of Italy!

Italy is the second largest olive producing country. The Southern region produces nearly 80% of Italy's olives. Major production areas are in Sicily, Puglia, Calabria, Sardinia and Basilicata.

Chilli Salsiccia

San Marzano tomato sauce topped with Mozzarella petals, Salsiccia Picante, chilli jam and slices of fresh chilli.

Inspired by Calabria. The Calabria region is known for its spicy salamis.

Salsiccia and Tenderstem Broccoli

San Marzano tomato sauce topped with Mozzarella petals, crumbled Italian style fennel sausage, chargrilled tender stem broccoli and fresh chilli rings.

Inspired by Sicily where crumbled fennel sausage is loved on pizza and in pasta dishes, adding savoury, yet aromatic flavour.
