British breakfast bagel
Our Irresistible Somerset vintage Cheddar is made from a recipe perfected over 100 years.

4 rashers Co-op British smoked rindless streaky bacon
3 Co-op Irresistible Cumberland sausages
2 bagels
1/2 Co-op ripe and ready to eat avocado, sliced
2 Co-op British free range eggs
30g Co-op Irresistible Somerset vintage Cheddar


Fry the bacon for 3-4 mins on each side, until crisp
Squeeze the meat from the sausages and, with wet hands, shape into 2 burgers
Fry for 3-4 mins on each side until cooked through Meanwhile, halve and toast 2 bagels
Just before the burgers are done, crack the eggs into the pan and fry until the whites are set
Slice the Cheddar and place on the burgers to melt
Fill each bagel with a burger, some avocado, a fried egg and 2 rashers bacon, season, then serve right away
