Ingredients

150ml Co-op double cream
Zest of 1/2 lemon
4 Co-op Irresistible sourdough hot cross buns, toasted
4 heaped tsp Co-op raspberry jam

Method

Whip the cream with the lemon zest
Take the hot cross buns and spread 1 heaped tsp jam onto the base of each, then add the lemon cream
