Ingredients
40g Co-op milk chocolate (Fairtrade), chopped
25g dried cranberries
25g mini marshmallows
2 Co-op Irresistible chocolate and hazelnut cookies
Method
Preheat the oven to 180℃/fan 160℃/Gas 4
Make 2 pancakes then lay out on a greased baking tray
Evenly scatter over the chocolate, cranberries and marshmallows, and crumble over the cookies
Heat in the oven for 4-5 mins, until the chocolate and marshmallows start to melt
