Chicken curry
Authentic-tasting curry is easier than you think, and you only need three ingredients

450g Chicken breast fillets
440g can of Coop Honest Value curry sauce
280g Coop Honest Value long grain rice


1. Cut up the chicken into small cubes

2. In a saucepan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and add in the chicken

3. Cook on high for 5 minutes

4. Add in the sauce, let it bubble and then turn the heat down

5. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through

6. Meanwhile, cook the rice just like it says on the pack

7. Make sure your dinner is fully cooked and piping hot before serving it up


Serve with warm naan bread and poppadoms for that authentic takeaway treat, while saving yourself money.
