Ingredients

150ml London dry gin
300ml Coop pink grapefruit juice
Juice of 3 lemons
12 tsp Coop marmalade
720ml Coop IPA
Orange slices, to garnish

Method

1. In a half pint glass, place 25ml gin, 50ml grapefruit juice and the juice of 1/2 a lemon

2. Add 2 tsp marmalade and stir until dissolved

3. Fill the glass with ice and top with 120ml Coop IPA

4. Stir well and garnish with a slice of orange

5. Repeat for all 6
