Ingredients

• 150ml London dry gin
• 300ml Co-op pink grapefruit juice
• Juice of 3 lemons
• 12 tsp Co-op marmalade
• 720ml Co-op IPA Orange slices, to garnish

Method

1. In a half pint glass, place 25ml gin, 50ml grapefruit juice and the juice of 1/2 a lemon
2. Add 2 tsp marmalade and stir until dissolved
3. Fill the glass with ice and top with 120ml Co-op IPA
4. Stir well and garnish with a slice of orange
5. Repeat for all 6
