Human Resources Business Partner | Co-operative House
We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join the Human Resources team.

Like any role in retail, no days are truly ever the same, but some key areas you will be working in are:
- To support the Senior Human Resources Manager and play a critical role in developing our core HR Operations platform and capability to drive improved processes, communications, and consistency of HR advice across the business ensuring risks are managed appropriately.
- Providing specialist advice and guidance in relation to the interpretation and or application of HR Polices, procedures, and process and/ or statutory requirements to their designated business area(s).
- Demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen and to be an excellent people leader to support the HR team.
- Support the development of the HR Service through contribution to the IT technological transitional agenda e.g., e-recruitment and employee relations continuous improvement.
