Job Role
We're looking for a L&D Officer to join our HR team at the Channel Islands Co-op.
Just like any job within the world of retail, this is a fast-paced, varied, challenging, but always rewarding role.
No two days will ever be entirely the same as you will have the opportunity to work and support the effective delivery of the Learning and Development Strategy. Identify training and development needs within the organisation through regular consultations with business partners, stakeholders and the HRBM.
