We are looking for Night Crew to join our team at our Grand Marché St Helier store, working between the hours of 19.00pm to 1.00am.

Night crew play a key role in assisting with the busy replenishment aspect of the Co-operative Business within the Society’s mission, vision and values. 

What do I need:

  1. You must be organised
  2. Excellent attention to detail
  3. Have a passion for food
  4. Good written and verbal English
  5. An appreciation of the importance of good customer service
  6. A can-do attitude and a great team player
  7. Ability to work on own and/or within a team

What will I do:

  1. Picking stock 
  2. Moving and Replenishing stock
  3. Making sure the shop floor is ready for when our customers arrive
  4. Supporting colleagues as part of a good team work ethic 
  5. Maintaining a clean, hygienic and uncluttered working area

The role can be at times physically challenging and will involve reaching, bending and lifting of stock and standing for long periods of time

Previous experience is desired, however, it is not essential as full training will be provided.  

If you have less than five years residency status, you may be considered for full time roles. If you've lived more than five years on the island, you may apply for part time roles

EU settled status document will be required from those holding an EU passport

Bonus: Ability to work flexible working patterns as the role may include weekends
