We are looking for a Pharmacy Delivery Driver  to join our Care team on a zero hour basis.

Our Pharmacy Delivery Drivers are responsible for the safe, accurate loading and delivery of all Pharmacy related goods to our pharmacy stores, customers and care homes.  

What will I do:

1. The safe and accurate loading of ambient, temperature-controlled products and prescription only medicines in and out of the Society’s Pharmacy deliver
2. Transfer of stock between pharmacy location 
3.  Collection of pharmacy related paperwork, including prescription from GP practices, hospice, care homes and hospital
4.  Temperature Control checking as needed
5. Assisting in effectively planning deliveries using common sense and local Island knowledge, being prepared to adjust routes to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
6. Delivery of pharmacy goods whilst observing all legal and safety regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring products arrive in time at the correct temperature
7. Maintaining a friendly and professional approach, always remaining courteous and respectful of customers and the Society’s privacy policy and procedures
8. Comfortable working independently using own initiative as well as being part of a larger team as a team player, and always with a customer centric focus

EU settled status document will be required from those holding an EU passport
