Simon was appointed to the board in October 2021. He has over 35 years of experience in senior management and real estate developed in the property, banking and financial service sectors.

A chartered surveyor, Simon is a director and group head of real estate at Crestbridge. His focus is to bring a supportive challenge to the executive leadership team, with an emphasis on the performance and quality of the CI Coop’s real estate, operational and investment assets. He is a strong supporter of the adoption of environmental, social and government principles and aims to being this experience to support all elements of supply and performance.
